Hi Everyone ! It's Shazein again,as always. Here's a heads-up for everyone.
We would sincerely appreciate it if any of YOU amigos could get sponsorships for our prom.
Therefore,before the 10th of December,if YOU manage to obtain sponsorship(s) more than MYR 500 for TTDI's prom night,YOUR admission for prom night is absolutely free of charge. That's right. No ticket fee required. Simple as that.
On the other hand,if you are still willing to pay for the tickets,prices are still MYR 140 and always will be from now on. Bookings have been available sejak azali lagi.
I think i've mentioned this quite a number of times but just in case you don't quite understand yet,we raised the fee by MYR30 because that extra will cover the hotel/DJ/decor charges just in case some of you don't turn up for prom. Okay? Bukan nak duit awak untuk prom committee punya benefit. This night is for you and you only,so think wisely.

Time's moving fast now,trials are two weeks away,which sucks
ANYWAYS,just a quick reminder. Tickets for RM110 are selling fast and the deadline for the early bird tickets are three days away i.e on the 20th of August.
If you don't wanna give your parents a heart attack when you tell them they'd have to cash out RM140 for prom,you better start booking the tickets now.

20th August is on it's way,guys ! So,if you don't wanna cash in the extra thirty bucks,you better start paying for the RM110 tickets.

In case you're wondering,no exceptions will be made for anybody. Ticketing price is the same for those who want to come and aren't from SMKTTDI.

Slight change for the payment. Any reservations can be made by calling Ilya,Raihan or me,Shazein. Numbers are stated at the post below. Payment can be made by setting up a meeting with either the three of us or any of the committee i.e Audrey,Uzma,Alisa and Lish.

We have also recruited a few of our friends from the fourth form to help us out,so you can also go through Nadia Zainuddin and the rest for any enquiries and we'll get back to you ASAP.

[Extremely] Overdue Update !

First and foremost,we would like to apologize for our absence and lack of updates for a month!
We've been preoccupied with school and we've had a rough time settling things for Prom Night.
On the other hand,we're pleased to inform you guys that we're officially back from the dead
And we promise you that from today onwards,we'll keep you asking for more.

LISTEN UP ! We've extended the ticketing sale to the 20th of August on your behalf !
We understand that many of you would probably have your hands tied and not have time to bring out the moughlah ($) so here's how it goes :

Now till 20th of August : RM 110 individually (Not selling couple tickets,sorry)
: RM 1100/table(10 seats,we'll make sure you get to sit with yr friends)

21st of August onwards : RM 140 individually , RM 1400/table

**We don't want to come of as pushy but we'd absolutely appreciate it if you bought the tickets before the price sky-rockets. Think of it this way,you'll have left over money to buy something else ! Plus,the tickets/invitations are freakin' adorable.

Prom Night will still be held at Impiana Hotel,KLCC and the theme is still Bright Lights,Big City. Just in case you're wondering,we specifically picked the theme for everyone's convenience.
It's a pretty open theme but basically circulates around The City That Never Sleeps : New York City 'ala Broadway/Cabaret Acts

and keep your fingers crossed that there'll be a few more bands/dance acts to come !

Votes for Prom King and Queen are being put on hold as of this moment,we're still thinking over a few complications,sorry.

On to a more serious note, we are aware that many of you have been concerned about the presence of alcohol or any illegal substance at prom.
Well,you need not worry as ALCOHOL/ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN EVERY CORNER (and circumference of the freakin' hotel itself),in other words,no alcohol/drugs at all. Nada.Zip.Niet.Zero.
And if this fact still doesn't ease your soul,we've hired bouncers (yes,you heard me,bouncers) who will give every one a once-over at the door.
And no,I am not kidding. Prom is definitely not a night to get wasted,on our agenda.


Last but not least,please bear with us as we're trying to give you guys a night worth remembering.

Futsal Frenzy

Had our Under 18 futsal competition on 3rd June 2009. It started really hectic and very out of place because us being girls have no experience whatsoever about holding futsal competitions. But thankfully it went smoothly with a few bumps along the way. Had our share of eye candy.

*wink wink*

Had 10 teams competing. The league went on as usual in the Semifinals too. 2nd Team, Taiko, Chin, Straight Edge, 69, Baltimore Gang were the Top 6. But it was an epic final between Chin and Straight Edge in the Finals though. Clearly we thought Chin was gonna win because they were that good. But Straight Edge was the winner of the RM350 cash prize. Below are the pics of the Top 2. Forgot to take pictures during the whole competition.

TTDI Prom 2009

Hello ! Seeing as this is our first entry,I'll keep it short and simple or maybe not,depending on how far my creativity will take me (usually,really far)
Not a really interesting blog yet because we're taking baby steps
Since most of us don't really take a second or two to open our emails,I think this is an easier approach

Basically,SMK Taman Tun Dr. Ismail is organizing a Prom for TTDI's Class of 2009 at Impiana KLCC on the 20th of December this year
Prom Committee : Aishah Zein (Yours truly) , Ilya Qistina , Tengku Alana , Nur Haniesha Eliza , Wan Nur Shazwani , Nur Raihan , Farisha , Audrey Nathan , Wan Nur Alisa , Qallishah & Uzma Aishah
Themes and such are still in consideration and we'll be confirming as soon as possible.
In addition,we'll be opening a booth for SKBD's Garage Sale this Sunday ( 19th April 09 ) from 830am to 3pm
Selling clothes,knick-knacks and desserts (if you've tried some before,you know it's worth your moughlah!)
